In Kitchen, a bubble is a liquid in which something was cooked, such as a Viande, a Poisson, or Légume S. In general, this liquid is mainly of the water, which became aromatized because it boiled.

History

Lavoisier studied the physical properties of them. Its marketing, in dehydrated form, was made by Justus Liebig.
