Bruschetta

A bruschetta is a hors-d'oeuvre of Italian origin . The ingredients which compose it vary from one country to another, but in general, they consist of a toast section (style rod) furnished with garlic, olive oil and small pieces of hot tomatos, seasoned basil. To that is added sometimes pepper, salt, peppers strong, sweet peppers and cheese.
