Brunoniaceae

The family of the Brunoniacées is a family of plants Dicotylédone S which includes/understands only one species: Brunonia australis .

They are perennial herbaceous plants, with rivet washer, endemic dense final inflorescence of Australia.

It is a species cultivated very frequently like plants decorative.

In the phylogenetic classification (2003) this family does not exist. This species is placed in the Goodéniacées, a family in the order of the Asterales .
