Bruno Oudet

Bruno Oudet , alias Papy Frog is professor of the Université Joseph-Fourier and researcher with the Laboratoire of Data processing of Grenoble.

Bruno Oudet is one of the pioneer-activists of the Internet in France. In station with the Embassy from France to Washington of 1991 with 1995, he was the initiator of the Réseau Frognet which diffused in particular in the years 1994-1995 with more 15  000 people, the every day, French information prepared by the Agence_France-Presse then by Radio France Internationale. Of return in France in 1995, it successively launched the French chapter of the Internet Society, meetings Internet of Autrans and Internet celebrates it. He currently works on E-inclusion (project “Internet of street”). For twenty years Bruno Oudet has worked with Farouk Kamoun on free-Tunisian cooperative projects.
