Bruno Mégret is a Politician French, classified with the Extrême right-hand side, founder of the National republican movement (MNR).
Biography
Origin
Bruno André Alexandre Mégret , born the April 4th 1949 with Paris, is the son of a senior official, Jacques Mégret, and of Colette Constantinides. It is the elder one of a family of 4 children of which he is the only boy.In Brussels, where his/her father is in station at the European Communities, Bruno Mégret is provided education for at the European school. Of return to Paris, he is boarder at the institute catholic Bossuet and registered in second with the Louis-the-Large college before being allowed there in preparatory class. Received to the Polytechnic school in 1969, it leaves in the “boot” and integrates there the body of the Bridges and Chaussées.

In 1986, benefitting from the poll to proportional, Jean-Marie Le Pen, president of the National front, decides to create the national Rassemblement in order to open its party with other movements. Bruno Mégret and the Committees of republican action are combined on this occasion with the National front. He is then elected appointed of Isere and will become European Député in 1989.In 1987, it adheres to the National front and Jean-Marie Le Pen names it directing its presidential campaign. In 1988, it is presented in the 10th district of the Rhone delta (Gardanne), where it obtains 26% of the votes to the first turn and 44% with the second. This last dies in an car accident and will be replaced by Carl Lang, then by Bruno Gollnisch.
In October 1988, it is named Acting general of the National front by Jean-Marie Le Pen. It is in charge with the formation, the communication, propaganda, the studies, and the manifestations of the National movement. In June 1989, he is elected with the the European Parliament where he is Member of the political Commission and the Commission economy. Since October 1990, it is, in addition, the leader of the National front in the area Provence-Alp-Coast of Azure. It is him which leads the list to the regional elections in the Rhone delta and, in March 1992, it is elected regional adviser of the area Provence-Alp-Coast of Azure.
Bruno Mégret asserts itself like number two of the National front and forging mill his image. Thus, it founds in 1989 the review Identité which will organize and format the ideological national line corpus. In 1996, it publishes the national Alternative , work in which it tries to show that a political real alternative is possibe in France where, according to him, the national feeling does not cease gaining ground. The following year, it makes appear the Third way , a work in which it defines the principles of another economic policy and social combining the requirements of freedom and the regulation for redynamiser our economy while controlling universalization within the framework of a European economic patriotism.
February 17th, 1997, Bruno Mégret declares, during a television program on France 2, “that there are differences between the races”. He for that is condemned, on November 25th, 1998, to pour 10.000 F of damages to the Union of the Jewish students of France (UEJF), which had gone civil part.
