Bruce Driver
Bruce Driver (born the April 29th 1962 with Toronto with the Canada) is a former professional player of Hockey.
Career in club
It begins its career in 1976 in the league provincial junior of the Ontario then integrates the team of the Université of Wisconsin-Madison in 1981 with the Wisconsin Badgers of the university championship (NCAA). At the end of the season, it takes part in the fishing out of entry in the National league of hockey and is chosen by the Rockies of Colorado in sixth round (108e choice). It continues during two seasons its studies and makes its professional beginnings in 1983 in the American Ligue of hockey with the Mariners of Maine.It begins in the LNH this even year by playing four matches and consequently carrying out occasion two decisive master keys. It will remain in the frankness until the end from the season 1994-95 and gains this year the Coupe Stanley. He was the captain of the team following Kirk Muller in 1991-92 and leaves the place to the end of the season 1992 with Scott Stevens. He leaves Devils as a ninth better pointer of the team.
Following this Stanley championship victory, it joined the Rangers of New York for which it will play three seasons before taking its retirement in 1998. Since the end of its career, it takes part in the hockey of the New Jersey while being the trainer of female teams.
