Brouilly
The Brouilly is one of the ten vintages of the vineyard of the Beaujolais which are, of north in the south: Saint-Love, Juliénas, Chénas, Mill-with-Wind, Flowered, Chiroubles, Morgon, Régnié, Brouilly and Coast of Brouilly.
It is most important of the 10 vintages with approximately 20% of the total surface area. It is a red Wine with the appellation contr4ol3ee. Its type of vine is the Gamay and its harvest is exclusively manual.
It is a wine which one is used traditionally with a poultry as Bresse or noble pork-butchery and which can be been used for the Apéritif.
Brouilly is kept and become ripe approximately 3 to 5 years under normal conditions and easily more 10ans under good conditions.
It is the wine of the Beaujolais wine more tasted in Paris region.
