Brouère
The Brouère is a French cheese, originating in the Lorraine. It is manufactured by the cheese dairy of the Hermitage with Bulgnéville (close to Vittel). Its 43 centimetres diameter and its weight of 12 kilograms makes some smallest of cheeses of guard . It is modelled in moulds out of wooden whose reasons are created by a craftsman sculptor. The refining of Brouère varies from 4 to 7 months.
