Brooms

Genêts is a common French, located in the department of the Manche and the area Basse-Normandie.

Geography

Brooms (of Latin Genitium) is a very old locality. This village is located on northern bank of bay of the Mount-Saint-Michel. There is a beautiful sight on bay, Tombelaine (reserve of birds) and the Mount-Saint-Michel. In the north of the village the nozzle of Andaine is, who was formerly the very attended port of Brooms. Ensablée since strong a long time, it remains only one wide beach from where one can go for walks guided towards the Mount-Saint-Michel while passing by Tombelaine.

The church of Brooms, placed under the term of Notre-Dame and also under that of Sebastien Saint. Brooms was the point of result of many Mons ways borrowed by the pilgrims.
