Brook

The brook is small a River, with the low flow, supplied with natural source S of Eau and/or draining a catchment area, often Affluent of a pond, a Lac or a Rivière.
One called also sometimes Ruisseau the filament of water which ran at the edge of the pavement of the big cities.
Urban development
The brook is a gutter placed in the middle of the Chaussée, with the meeting of two reverts of frontage and where runs a Fil of water. When the roadway is broad, there are two brooks, between which is a part intended more particularly for the vehicles.During the creation of the Pavement S, the brooks were replaced by the Caniveau X.
The water flow is variable in the gutters, they do what one calls the current of water represented mathematically by the oblique features.
