Britton Bath Osler
Britton Bath Osler (June 19th 1839 - February 5th 1901) was a lawyer and Canadian Procureur . He was made a name by taking part in the legal actions against Louis Riel after the Rébellion of the North-West in 1885. He continued his career with the service of the Canadian government (in particular in arbitrations with the the Canadian Pacific), and is also known to have been in load of the charge in certain highly publicized lawsuits, like that of Reginald Birchall. He is one of the founders of the lawyer firm Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt.
