British orthodoxe Church

The British orthodoxe Église is an orthodoxe Church attached canonically to the orthodoxe Église copte. The chief of the Church carries the title of Métropolite of Glastonbury , with residence with Glastonbury. The current holder is Seraphim since 1994.

History

In 1994, Mar Seraphim Ier left the Celtic orthodoxe Église, of which he was the primacy, and was accepted in the jurisdiction of the orthodoxe Église copte.
