The National union of the scientific researchers (SNCS) is a Syndicat French.
It is opened to the researchers of the EPST (scientific and technical Public corporations), like with those of the parapublic organizations and at the private organizations of research to nonlucrative goal, just as with the scientific workers who can be to them comparable (engineers of research and engineers of studies).
The purpose of the SNCS is defense of the economic interests and professionals, collectives and individual, material, moral and civic of its members, the development of the Scientific research and the University as public services.
The SNCS was created in 1956.
He is member of the FSU (1997) and syndicates nearly 2.000 workers of EPST (CNRS, INRIA, INSERM, IRD,…)
