Synopsis
The history is in 1906. widower, colonel Touplard, chief of troop with Montauban, swore with his wife before it trespasses to more throw the eyes on a woman. However, this man has tempérement vigorous and fault of being able to spend it near the fair sex, it exhausts it in harassing steps.But, it is now well annoyed because it has just received ministerial directives which recommend to him to distract its men. It opens of its embarrassment to his Hortensia sister who lives with him. Romantic old maid, Hortensia pricks herself to write tragedies and it suggests to him assembling for the festival of the regiment the last in date, the Roman Orgy .
Touplard decides to make it play by its soldiers and to engage the actress Nina Vermillon in the role of Flavie.
The repetitions are organized, the colonel is disturbed more and more by the curves generous of the actress. As for Hydrangea, disguised as a Nubian slave, it is shown increasingly sensitive to the charm of Patard.
But here are that, incognito, the Burnous inspector of the Service of the Armies unloads with the improvist with Montauban in company of its secretary. He comes there to check good morality and smells illico the scandal…
