Bricelet
The bricelets (the origin of the name is undoubtedly Alémanique and would come from Bretzeli ) are waffle S fines and crusty, speciality of French-speaking Switzerland cooked in a “iron with bricelets” (being connected with a gaufrier), with the various reasons.
Each area of French Suisse proposes its receipt of bricelets with thick or more liquid paste, using Beurre or Crème, according to the local speciality. In certain cases, they can be rolled.
The bricelets are generally sweetened to accompany the ices or the coffee, but one also finds alternatives salted, scented with seeds of Cumin or with cheese, which are been used for aperitif.
To leaving iron, the still hot bricelets either are immediately rolled around a stem out of wooden, to give them the shape of cylinder, or cooled such as they are.
