Brian K. Vaughan is a scenario writer of Comic S American famous for its innovative and refreshing intrigues, with a characterization of the characters and cliffhangers very successful.

Biography

Brian K. Vaughan was revealed by the series Y, the last man ( Y, The Last Man ) created with Pia Guerrera and published under the label Vertigo of cd. Comics.

Extremely of this success, it was recruited by Marvel during the launching of its Tsunami line, supposed surfer on the wave Manga, to launch the series Mystique and Runaways .

Mystical, mutant métamorphe, enemy of X-Men, will be treated like a series of espionage (in phase with the passion for television series like Alias ) benefitting from with dimensions ambiguous from the character. Brian will start with the draftsman Jorge Lucas (until US episode 6), then Michael Ryan, before leaving the hand to Sean Mc Keever and Manuel Garcia which will complete the series.

Runaways , it, is a creation with Adrian Alphona, which tells history of a group of teenagers who flee their criminal parents. The treatment is more than refreshing, but, in spite of a critical success, the series will not find its public. It was started again recently under better auspices.

Beside these activities for Marvel Comics, the scenario writer developed with the draftsman Tony Harris, the series Ex Machina , which tells the adventures of a ex-super-hero become mayor of New York.

He is currently, and for some numbers still, the scenario writer of Ultimate X-Men , one of the titles headlights of Marvel which revisits the adventures of the famous mutants.

Work listed here its more known, but Vaughan contributed to many comics, without speaking about the projects to come.

It joined the team of the scenario writers of the series Lost.
