Brian Joubert

Brian Joubert , born the September 20th 1984 with Poitiers, is a artistic skater French, world champion in 2007 with Tokyo.

He was before champion of France hope in 2000 then champion of France elite for the first time in 2003, he is vice-champion of Europe the same year and victorious of the Skate America (competition of the Grand Prix RESULTING ) to become champion of France, champion of Europe (first French 40 years after Alain Calmat) then vice-champion of the world in 2004 and 2006.

Career

Brian Joubert started ice-skating at four years, whereas he wanted to be a hockeyor.

In 2001 - 2002, Brian is classified third with the championships of France and goes up on the third walk of the European podium for its first participation. Its short program is based on the music Mexican Hat Dance ( dance of the Mexican hat ), its free program is based on the original soundtrack of the film Mission.
