Ladislas Odonic (in Polish Władysław Odonic or Plwacz ) (v. 1190 - Poznań, June 5th 1239) is Duc of Large-Poland. Wire of Odon, father of Przemysl Ier de Grande Poland and father of Boleslas the Piles, it is dynasty of the Piasts.

In 1206, the young person Ladislas Odonic does not agree to see part of its grounds leaving Large Poland and enters in conflict with his/her uncle and tutor Ladislas III to the Legs Hails. Indeed, this one yielded the area of Kalisz (which was to return in Ladislas Odonic) to the Silesia. Ladislas rejoins with its cause part of the Noblesse of Large Poland as well as the archbishop of Gniezno Henri Kietlicz. The attempt to reverse Ladislas III with the Legs Hails is a failure in spite of the Anathème launched by Henri Kietlicz against the duke of Large Poland.

Ladislas Odonic takes refuge at the court of Henri Ier Bearded the of Silesia which offers to him the throne of Kalisz in 1208. In 1210, with Borzykowa, Ladislas Odonic, Lech the White and Conrad Ier de Mazovie confirm the many privileges obtained by the Église with Łęczyca in 1180. It obtains the privilege of immunity (it will be able to have its own courts).

In 1218, Ladislas Odonic is driven out by his/her uncle Ladislas III with the Legs Hails and takes refuge at Świętopełk II of Poméranie. Starting from 1223, supported by Świętopełk II, it starts the conquest of Large Poland which it completes in 1229. The November 23rd 1227, at the time of an assembly of the Piasts dukes to Gąsawa, Lech the White was killed in an ambush assembled by Świętopełk II of Poméranie and Ladislas Odonic. Henri Ier the Bearded one was seriously wounded. In spring 1231, Henri Ier the Bearded one launches an offensive against Large Poland with an aim of reversing Ladislas Odonic and of giving Ladislas III to the Legs Hails to the capacity. This attack shows a failure.

Ladislas Odonic grants important privileges to the évêché and the chapter of Poznań which cause the anger of the Chevalerie of Large Poland which revolts in 1233. Henri Ier the Bearded one benefits from the weakening of the capacity of Ladislas to seize part of Large Poland. He will finish the conquest of Large Poland in 1239, except for Ujście and of Nakło conquered by Henri II the Piles.

Ladislas Odonic is buried in the cathedral of Poznań.
