Breganze Sauvignon

The Breganze Sauvignon is an Italian wine of the area Venezia equipped with a name DOC. since July 18th, 1969. Only to DOC. the white wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in Province of Vicence in the communes of Bassano del Grappa, Breganze, Fara Vicentino, Lugo di Vicenza, Marostica, Mason Vicentino, Molvena, Montecchio Precalcino, Pianezze, Salcedo, Sandrigo, Sarcedo and Zugliano. The vineyards are located on slopes of the hills between the rivers Brenta and Astico (an affluent of the Bacchiglione).

The white wine of Sauvignon answers a schedule of conditions less demanding than the Breganze Sauvignon superiore, primarily in relation to the alcohol content.

Organoleptic characteristics

  • color : yellow straw

  • odor : delicate, more or less aromatic
  • savor : dry, harmonic and powerful, with a taste of the stone with rifle

The Breganze Sauvignon is tasted at a 10 - 12° C and it will keep 2 - 3 years temperature.
