Brda (river)

The Brda (German Brahe) is a Rivière the North-West of the Poland, a Affluent of left bank of the the Vistula. It has length a 238 km and its catchment area covers a surface of 4.634 km ². It joined the the Vistula with Bydgoszcz. It is one of the high places of the Kayak in Poland. It is also the border of the National park Bory Tucholskie.

Of 1956 with 1962, a artificial Lac (1600 ha, 81 million m ³) was built on the river.
