Brasillé

The brasillé is a culinary speciality Calvados.

It is about a wafer of puff pastry whose fat contents are the Saindoux. Brasillé eats itself tepid, powdered with sugar.

Clinchamps-on-Flowering ash celebrates the Fête of brasillé mid-September.
