Branquignols

• the “ Branquignols ” was a troop of actors created by Robert Dhéry and Colette Brosset among which one counted Louis de Funès, Jean Lefebvre, Jean Carmet, Jacqueline Maillan, Michel Serrault, Micheline Dax, Pierre Olaf, Jacques Legras, Robert Rollis, Pierre Tornade… at the same time actors, musicians and chansonniers.

• Branquignol is a film carried out by Robert Dhéry in 1949.

One finds the essence of the troop and some one the their most famous numbers in the film Ah! Beautiful the bacchantes of Jean Loubignac (1954), and of course in other films of Robert Dhéry
