Bragelonne

The editions Bragelonne , created by Stephan Marsan and Alain Névant on April 1st 2000, are devoted to the literature of imaginary, that which rhyme with escape, ventures, magic and marvellous… Bragelonne publishes each year more than 70 works and account with its catalog more than 200 titles. Bragelonne is to date the first French editor of Fantasy and develops a literature popular and distracting. Are from now on present in the catalog of the authors as various as David Gemmell, Terry Goodkind, Henri Lœvenbruck, Raymond E. Feist, Sara Douglass, Jerome Camut, etc One also finds in the catalog of the tests on the kind, by academics, novelists (Orson Scott Card) or professionals of the edition (Jacques Sadoul), as well as more ambitious novels, encensés by criticism, close of the general literature or “magic realism” (Graham Joyce), of traditional of the kind ( the Cycle of the swords of Fritz Leiber; Princess Attaches of William Goldman), expensive anticipation with Orwell (James Lovegrove) and of course of the Science-fiction.

Since October 2006, the Bragelonne editions added a stone to the building while launching a very new collection: Shade. The latter shelters works dedicated to terror and fantastic, all resulting from the Anglo-Saxon and French-speaking literature.
