Boutoupa CR is a rural Communauté of Senegal, Arrondissement of Niaguis located in the Département of Ziguinchor, a subdivision of the Région of Ziguinchor in the historical area of Casamance in the south of the country.

The rural community is located along the border with Guinea Bissau.
