Bourgougnague is a common French, located in the department of Lot-et-Garonne and the area Aquitaine.

Geography

History

From the 4th century after Jesus Christ, the Barbares break on the Empire Gallo-Roman. At the 5th century, German and Burgondes settle in this place. Moreover, the commune owes its name with these people: the pronunciation Germanique gave " Burgundiaca" meaning " Field of Burgondes".
