Bourges Tennis shoe

Bourges Basket is a professional sporting Public limit company responsible for the professional section of CJM Bourges Basket and Training center. It was created in June 2003.

The shareholders of the company are 14 and gather as well companies as the private ones. CJM Bourges Tennis shoe (Association law of 1901) which constituted of the sector Amateur, belonged to these shareholders. This association is represented within the Board of directors of the company.

The board of directors currently includes/understands 5 members, the administrators of the company, of which the president.

On the level of operation, the team in place is respectively made up of:

Commissions

commission " Commercialisation"

Defines the promotional articles (gadgets, clothing,…)
Ensures the whole of the sales of the company (except ticketting)
Gère the budget and corresponding stocks
Assure relations with the Club of Supporters

commission " Billetterie"

Proposes the tariffs
Manage the material manufacture of the tickets
Assure the relations with the Réseau France Ticket,…
Assure the renewal and the follow-up of the socios
Assure the sale of the tickets (of before match to the public, Euroligue with the subscribers,…)
Ensures the sale the groups (Work's councils, schools, clubs sporting,…) and the reception corresponding
Ensures research the public new ones in synergy with the Communication commission.

Ensures the realization of the review of the Club (the Rebound)
Gère the stand of the Club the day of associations
Envoie the invitation cards to the matches for the partners
Assure the relations with the schools, the sporting clubs, the rural cantons,…

Ensures the follow-up of validity of the passports and obtaining the visas
Assure reservations of the means of transport (Because, plane,…)
Ensures the reservations of lodging and of restoration

Accommodates the referees and official at the time of the European matches
Assure the reception of the foreign teams

commission " Management and safety of the salle"

Form, informs the personnel in load of safety the days of matches
Réalise out the plans of access and of circulation in the room days of match
Etablit rules of use of the room and of the installations
Assure access control to the room days of match
Gère the installation of the front room, during and after the matches
Assure the framing/protection of the referees and official in the buildings

Recherche the new partners to canvass
Suit the wallet of the current partners
Entretien the catalog of the products and services of partnership and in new research
Suit the marketing of the products and the realization of the services
Suit relations with the club of the partners

Training center

The Training center of Bourges Basket gathers each year approximately 15 young people under training statute of player with respect to the French federation of basketball. To these players, under contract of formation, come to be added each year some players juniors by the CJMBB.

The Training center has two objectives:

To train these sporting young people with the high level tennis shoe and to allow them the access to the statute of professional player,
To ensure these same players a school level allowing them to acquire a capacity of professional insertion at the conclusion of their sporting career or in the event of reorientation.

Each team is equipped with a trainer and an administrative person in charge.
