Boulevard Lefebvre
The boulevard Lefebvre is a boulevard of the 15 {{E}} district of Paris. It is part of the “small belt” (or “Boulevards of the Marshals”).
The boulevard leaves the street of Vaugirard and passes by the door of Pleasure before arriving at the Brancion door and the bridge of the railroad, where it leaves the Brown place to the Boulevard. It has a 1265 meters length for a width of 40 meters.
On his southern part, one finds the National laboratory of the Highways Departments and opposite, in north, a group of buildings of which one crumbled for defects in the years 1960.
The central part is occupied by the Ligne 3 of the Parisian tram. She skirts the Exhibition site and the Sport hall.
History
It received its name of the François Joseph Lefebvre (Rouffach, 1755 - Paris, 1820), duke of Dantzig, Marshal of France.
