The island Boulay commonly indicates a Archipel of island S whose principal one is indeed the Boulay island. These islands are located in the lagoon of Abidjan, in Cote of ivory, in the vicinity immediate of the Port authority and the Atlantic Ocean. A channel ensures the connection between the ocean and the Lagune, avoiding with water bordering the Boulay island to remain stagnant.
