Boulaq papyrus

The papyrus Boulaq are papyrus of the ancient Egypt, going back to various dynasties, covering several subjects:

  • Papyrus Boulaq (Roman Period): the ritual of bandelettage of the mummies;

  • Papyrus Boulaq V (), known since 1871: the teaching of Any, dialogs between a father and his son on the need for education;
  • Papyrus Boulaq VII: divine names with the strange consonances, perhaps containing a secret name: Isteresek, Iterseg, Hergen… employed by the magicians;
