Boudin of Louisiana

The roll of Louisiana is a Saucisse cooked with the vapor which eats itself like entry, with aperitif, preferably tepid. It is composed of cooked rice, of liver and pigmeat, grass and more or less prickly spices.

The roll is different from one manufacturer to another and place to another, each one bringing its personal key there.
