Bou Arada

Bou Arada is a city Tunisia located at 37 kilometers in the North-East of Siliana and at 70 kilometers in the south-west of Tunis.

Attached to the Governorship of Siliana, it constitutes a municipality of 12.273 inhabitants and constitutes the Chef-lieu of a delegation.

With the outlet of the mountainous chain of the Tunisian Dorsal , it is in the center of vast a agricultural Plaine devoted to the culture of the Céréale S.

Historically, it shelters punic ruins (in particular a Chapelle) and was the theater of battles in 1942 - 1943 at the time of the Campagne of Tunisia.
