Boticas
Boticas is a municipality (in Portuguese: concelho or município ) of the Portugal, located in the District of Villa Real and the Northern area.
Geography
Boticas is bordering:- in the west and the North-West, of Montalegre,
- in the east, of Chaves,
- in south-east, of Villa Pouca de Aguiar,
- in the south, of Ribeira de Pena,
- in south-west, of Cabeceiras de Basto.
History
The municipality was created in 1836 by dismemberment partial of the municipality of Montalegre.
