Boson Z

The boson Z0 is one of the three Bosons of gauge of the weak Interaction, the two others being the Boson W under two noted opposite states of electric charges W+ and W-.

Discovered

The discovery of bosons Z and W was allotted in major part to CERN. One heard of bosons the first time in 1973 with the électrofaible theory.
