Vineyard Royal Borough Inc. , in the past the Cider-house of Capital Inc. , is a Canadian company with Charlesbourg, Quebec which produces wines and ciders.

26 years ago, some enthusiastic Inhabitants of Quebec, considered at the time as hurluberlus, are reflected with work to build the first commercial vineyard in Quebec. The Cider-house of Capital Inc. change name for Vignoble Royal Borough Inc., and plants in 2003,1000 apple trees and 100 pear trees. He intends to also preserve the license of cider manufacturer and to manufacture some being based on the expertise of Mr. Jorj Radu and his many successes, most recent being the medal of money to the Cut of the nations 2003 for his wine “Tear Dew”.
