Events

July 15th, 1944, following the attack by the resistance of elements of division Nazi reich, 28 hostages of which the mayor of Borough-Lastic one shot with the military camp of Borough-Lastic. There exists another monument of shot in the wood known as of the fir trees.

With the autumn 1962 and during all the winter 1962, more 2  500 men, women, children harkis are placed under tents of the army to the military camp of Borough-Lastic.

August 3rd, 1989, 335 Kurdish refugees Iraq iens arrive of Turkey and are dealt with at the request of the foundation France Freedoms of Danielle Mitterrand. They are installed in villages deserted from Auvergne. This operation makes following the visit in May 1989 of the wife of the president of the Republic in May in the Kurdish territories of Turkey.
