Boronia

Culture

The boronias are cultivated for their flowers scented especially the species B. megastigma which one extracts from the essential oils used in perfumery. They are generally rather difficult to cultivate. They indeed claim an excellent drainage of the ground (sandy ground), a certain moisture of the air and a light shade. The reproduction by seed is very difficult, one prefers the reproduction by cutting to him.
