Bordetella bronchiseptica
This species of Bordetella is particular because it is not demanding: it pushes easily and quickly on gélose ordinary (see discussion), Milieu of Mac Conkey and even on the Milieu with citrate of Simmons.
It is a bacillus mobile with ciliature péritriche, able to reduce nitrite nitrates (if the medium is supplemented in NAD) and has a very active Uréase (acts into 1 with 4:00).
The man is only one occasional host for B. bronchiseptica . But frequently met in veterinary medicine, it is also a Saprophyte respiratory mucous membranes of pets and wild animals.
