Boo Berry
The Boo Berry are a variety of monstrous Céréales of breakfast athigh sugar rate. They are manufactured by General Millets and consist of corn cereals with savor of cornflower and marsh mallows. The mascot of cereal, a blue monster with a red node-butterfly and a yellow hat with red band names Boo Berry and is personified by Peter Lorre.
Monstrous cereals in the years 1970
In 1971, two kinds of monstrous cereals were marketed by General Millets: Count Chocula and Franken Berry. Boo Berry were launched two years later, in 1973, and the Fruit Rough followed in 1974. The latter was withdrawn from the market in 1983 because of its too weak sales. They were replaced in 1988 by the Yummy Mummy, but those underwent the same fate in 1993, for the same reason as the Fruit Rough. Boo Berry and Franken Berry are often perceived as being discontinées, but it of it is nothing. It is simply of less low production and a more sporadic distribution. Indeed, the cereals are especially available in the time of the Halloween in the Wal-Mart and the Target, in particular. Moreover, they are available all the year in Super Wal-Mart of the American mid-west and in line via Amazon.com, for example.
