Soil: Three directed slopes full south, above the borough of Thouarcé. Ground Schist ux, strewn with sandy sand and phthanites. Development of the noble rot and reached a maximum legal output with 25 hl/ha excel.
Surface : 30 hectares
Characters : Marrowy, sometimes liqueur-like high-class wine, rich in fruit, readily opulent, séveux and scented (honey of acacia, orange bark, lime…). With the age, it gains width, fabric, and is avoided of a splendid crystallized bouquet.
Time of guard : 10 to 30 years, and more.
Temperature of service : 6-9 °C.
