Bonacossi

The family Bonacossi or Bonacolsi was a powerful family Guelfe which dominated the town of Mantoue between the end of the 12th century and the beginning of the 14th century, of 1276 with 1328.

Its representatives were:

  • Pinamonte
  • Bardellone
  • Guido known as '' Boticella ''
  • Rinaldo known as '' it Passerino ''

Their sovereignty was completed by the takeover of Louis {{Ier}} of Mantoue, chief of line of the Maison of Gonzague.
