Bojinka operation

Opération Bojinka (known also under the name of Bojinka project) was a plan of Attentat S terrorists on American airliners in 1995 and he is regarded as the precursor of the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001.

History

This plan contained a series of attacks on American planes, with an attack against the pope Jean-Paul II and a crash landing of plane on the general headquarter of the CIA. The first was the diversion of 11 American planes on civil targets (including/understanding the 4 objectives of the attacks of September 11th, 2001, as well as the Sears Tower with Chicago and of the nuclear reactors) the January 21st and 22nd 1995, the second the assassination of the pope Jean-Paul II on a journey then to the Filipino on January 15th, 1995, and the third, the crash landing of a plane on the general headquarter of the CIA with Langley (Virginia).

The actors of this project are three men: Ramsi Ahmed Jussef (implied in the bomb attack against the World Trade Center in 1993), Abdul Hakim Murad and a third man, Wali Kahn Amin Shah.
