The best body organization is that which makes it possible “to reach the unfavourable targets” “without being reached by the adversary”. In term of body organization, one speaks about attitude of guard (protection, balance, availability to be acted and react) and of organization of the actions (mobilization of the osseous segments). This specific measure corresponds to the logic of the activity boxes. It is said that an athlete “is organized” when its attitude concerns behavior enabling him “to put itself in safety”, to organize itself to defend and pass to the offensive. More exactly, it must be able to defend and attack in all the positions and the situations of play. E.g.: by definition, an effective attitude of guard would make it possible to put a maximum in safety, to move quickly, to defend and attack with facility. For that the supports on the ground allow a permanent balance, the weight of body is distributed on the before-feet (plant) supporting dynamic displacements, the legs are tended without stiffness, the basin is fixed in retroversion, etc the three principles of body organization are thus the following:- to be protected;
- to be balanced;
- To be available (close acting and reacting).
