Bob Taft
Robert Alphonso Taft III (born in 1942) is the republican governor of the state of the Ohio of 1999 with 2007.

The August 17th 2005, Taft is accused of four charges equivalents to a failure deontologic having led to a fraudulent enrichment of an amount of 5.800 US$. Condemned to refund and with a fine of $4 000, the judge ordered in Taft to excuse himself near the citizens of Ohio and the civils servant of the state. Taft also was the subject of a request of impeachment but without success.
Its approval rating fell to 15% from favorable opinions in September 2005.
The November 13rd 2005, Time Magazine distinguished Bob Taft like one from the three worse governors of the United States (or one of three the least powerful).
In December 2005, with a rate of approval of 17% (against 80% of negative opinions), he is the least popular governor of the country (bearing SurveyUSA Survey on 600 residents of each state carried out from December 9th to 11th 2005. Margin of error of 4%).
