Bob Ogden
It was a small man replet, chief of the magic Brigade of police force of the Department of magic justice. It carried extraordinarily thick glasses which reduced its eyes to two small points similar to beauty spots. Dumbledore questioned it during its searchs for information on the family of Tom Jedusor because Ogden had had contacts (enough surging) with the family Gaunt via her work for the ministry.
