Blue train (cocktail)

blue Train is a Cocktail containing Champagne, Cognac and juice of Ananas.

Ingredients

  • 3 amounts of Champagne (6 Cl)
  • 1 amount of Cognac (2 Cl)
  • 2 pineapple juice amounts (4 Cl)
  • Of the Sugar out of powder
    • cubic
  • 1 of Pineapple

Technique

To pass a pineapple section on the edge of the flute to champagne, then to soak the edge in caster sugar.

To pour directly in the flute the pineapple juice, the Cognac then the Champagne.

To be used with a cube as pineapple.
