Blue Gerboise
Gerboise Bleue is the first French Nuclear weapon. It was an atomic bomb clashed on the site of Nuclear test of Reggane in the Tanezrouft in the center of the desert the Sahara, then French territory attached to the French Algérie, the February 13rd 1960. The Gerboise is a small rodent of the steppes, blue being the national color. The bomb had a power of 70 kilotons and was perched on a lathe with 100 meters height. One of its creators is the General Welsh Pierre-Marie.
