History
He was invented following an error of proportioning in the manufacture of a paper.
He got busy especially to attenuate the spots of Encre being able to occur during a work of writing or drawing carried out with the feather or to dry ink in order to avoid spreading out it accidentally thereafter. The blotter is collected today. The collector is called a papyrencosbibéphile.
