Bloodscream

Bloodscream is super-unpleasant created by Marvel Comics in 1989, appeared for the first time in Wolverine (vol. 2) #4.

Origin

Bloodscream, also called Bloodsport, was a surgeon posted on the ship of the pirate Francis Drake, with the 16° century. It is thought that it is of Spanish origin. Wounded with died at the time of a combat, it was transformed into a creature vampire by a wizard. To become again a man, it was concocter an elixir containing various ingredients and the blood of a man who did not age. He became soldier then, seeking the possible immortal ones on the battle fields.

In 1944, at the time of the Unloading, it met the Canadian soldier called Logan. A few decades later, working then in Madripoor with Roughouse on behalf of the Coy General, he was opposed to Tyger Tiger and his friend Wolverine.

He sought several times to kill it, in vain. At the time of a combat in Canada, it betrays its allied Cylla, drinking its blood to be enough strong to overcome Wolverine. But that was not sufficient, and Wolverine left it for death, after having trnsperccé it with the saber of the Yashida clan.

However, Bloodscream survived and was combined later with Belasco.

At the time of a combat against X-Men, he was aspired in ue another dimension, then remade surface in South America, or Roughouse and faced to him Spider-Man and Wolverine.

Lately, it was controlled just like Vermine by the Mauvais wizard. One recently re-examined it with the secret auction of the symbion Venom.

Capacities

Bloodscream is not a true vampire (it does not have any of their weaknesses). It can absorb the vital force of others by simple contact, but also by drinking fresh blood. Its preys fade then like mummies. Those which survive its contact have the burned skin it or its hand touched them. Those which die can become zombies under its control.
With its superhuman sense of smell, it can track its preys. It also seems to have a kind of being able of detection of the mystical things.
Its nails become long claws and its jaw lengthens and covers sharp-edged hooks when it cannot overcome its hunger.
the physical force of Bloodscream increases when it steals the life of its victims.
Bloodscream seems invulnerable with the conventional weapons. But it is very sensitive and can be killed by weapons forged by thehuman ones.
Bloodscream is a good combatant. He often makes use of two sabers.
