Blogosphère

A blogosphère indicates indifferently a whole of Blog S or the whole of its writers. The expression the blogosphère indicates the whole of all thus the blogs. It is a subset of the World Wide Web.

The blogosphère term can be qualified and one will be able to speak about the French-speaking blogosphère , of the blogosphère sporting

One also uses the terms blogobulle (ironic Synonyme underlining the insular character with the community), carnetosphère or blogeoisy .

Several sites counts and analyzes the tendencies of the community: Technorati, BlogArea, Blogolist, Weblogues and Feedster.

The blogosphère seems to follow a Loi of power, which says that some elements concentrate the majority of popularity. Like any other human social group, effects of group (sympathy, antipathy, leadership…) appear with regularity.

freedom of choice makes stardom inevitable

… The model presupposes that the later users take seat in an environment deformed by the preceding users; the thousand and unième user will not vote by plebiscite a weblogs by chance, but will be rather influenced, even if it is unconsciously, by the preferences expressed in the system before.

It should be noted that this model is completely dumb as for the reason for which a weblog can be preferred with another. (...) What is essential is that any tendency towards the consensus in a free system, whatever its power and its reason, can create a distribution in law of powers.

Because that occurs naturally, to change this distribution would mean to force hundreds of thousands of blogueurs to create bonds towards some weblogs and to remove those worms of others weblogs, which would require at the same time a broad organization and the use of the force. To reverse the system of stardom would mean to destroy the village with an aim of saving it.
