Blekinge
Ali Dilem , born the June 29th 1967 with El-Harrach in Algeria, is a Algerian Dessinateur of press of origin kabyle. It publishes its Caricature S in the Algerian daily newspaper Liberté and in the television program Kiosque on the French-speaking chain TV5.
It starts its career with the daily newspaper the independent Young person in 1990 then with the daily newspaper the Morning in 1991 before joining Liberté in 1996. It obtains the International prize of the tuck pattern in 2001. Dilem works under difficult conditions: death threat by islamist groups with many recoveries, it is also badgered by several lawsuits for slandering. It in particular bailed out of a fine of 50.000 dinars Algerian in May 2005.
June 14th, 2005, he is condemned to six months of imprisonment for a caricature published in the newspaper Liberté on November 29th, 2001. He denounces the Corruption there Algerian generals just after the fatal floods of Bab El-Oued. Two characters comment on the gifts of money of generals as being “restitutions”.
It received the Grand Prix of Humor cow to the 26e International fair of and the humor tuck pattern of Saint-Just-the-Martel in 2007.
